Belated Christmas Greetings! Hope you had a fantastic season celebrating with those you love. I always love when New Years rolls around – time for goals, vision planning, new reading list etc. etc. Although this year it will all be very different for me. This year holds more unknowns then any other years past….this March Stace & I are expecting our first child! Yup – that’s right we are 7 months pregnant! Crazy, eh?!!! So now you are understanding the lack of blog posts recently! I’ve needed to take time to rest and accommodate this growing baby…which meant less time sitting behind my computer desk! I do plan on keeping my blog posts more updated now that the secret is out, so I can post more about our journey…and of course tons of pics of baby when it arrives. I will be continuing photography – but a very limited amount as I adjust to this new role of motherhood! I do have a list of amazing photographers that I will recommend to you if I am unable to help you out. But please don’t hesitate to ask!

So here’s to the unknown adventures of 2013 – blessings to you and yours! Cheers!

The Heide family came in for a mini session not too long ago, and I wished we could’ve had more time! We got lots of great images, their kids were so well behaved we got tons of great stuff in a short amount of time! They made parenting 4 kids look like a breeze! In my studio I have a chalkboard wall and at the end of the session I noticed that the kids had drawn their family portrait – and I just had to take a photo of it – I totally LOVE it!!!
